Heres what you do...

Talk to G
Go to either the beach or the Gift Shop

Beach – Talk to the Jet Pack Guy
Go into the Lighthouse and Get Cream Soda
Talk to the Jetpack Guy and give him the Cream Soda
Click on the Help to get the right amounts

Gift Shop –
Help the Store Manager
Talk to Rookie
Get the Solar Panel from HQ
Hook Up the Solar Panel
Report to G

Talk to the Penguin at the Dock
Go to the Night Club
Attach the rope to the contraption in the night club
Use the wrench to open the box
Put the gears in
Go to the Dock after being called by Jetpack Guy

Click on the Fake Herbert
Go to the Night Club after being called by Rookie
Pull the Lever
Take Jetpack Guy’s Jetpack and attach it to the cage
Then just read what they say
Get your Medal and gift for helping The Gift Shop Manager

Yay! Herbert wasn’t caught! I bet the next missions will be even more exciting!
